Menstrupedia Comic is a complete guide on periods designed by the Menstrupedia team is available in 17 languages and is being used by more than 11,000 schools as a part of their curriculum across India. The books are being used by 20 countries across the world to teach and learn about Menstrupedia. Apart from India, the comic books are locally printed and distributed in Nepal, China, Hungary, Bangladesh, Uruguay, Zimbabwe and South America.

Position Summary

You will be handling marketing at Menstrupedia. This position will require you to create and oversee marketing campaigns through various channels, generate sales leads and create marketing content as and when required. You should be able to analyze various marketing related challenges and quickly come up with effective solutions and implement them. If you are someone who is analytical in approach and creative in thought and is a fast learner, this opportunity is perfect for you.

What you’ll do at Menstrupedia

  • You’ll be aiming for a ridiculously ambitious goal of making every 9 year old girl in India, “period-ready” by reaching out to them (and their parents) on digital media at the right time and helping them with our educational tools.
  • You’ll be responsible for running and scaling up our online marketing. You’ll allocate ad budgets and run lots and lots of marketing experiments across various platforms.
  • You’ll dive into tons of analytics and ad performance data and draw insights from them.
  • You’ll collaborate with team members from creative, content and technical background to make marketing decisions.

In short, it’s going to be an adventure in the digital realm with a gigantic social impact!

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • You are excellent with numbers and have an analytical bent of mind.
  • Your decisions are data driven.
  • You have a knack for drawing simple insights from complex data and communicating it in simple terms to the rest of the team.
  • You can provide actionable inputs on ad copy and imagery that lead to high performing ad creatives.

Desirable

  • You have a working knowledge of running and scaling up paid marketing campaigns on Facebook or Google ads or any other ad platform.
  • You are an expert at using Google spreadsheet / Microsoft excel.
  • You have excellent copywriting skills.
  • You have a knack for creating well designed ad creatives.
  • You have set up and run automated email marketing campaigns.
  • You understand the basics of marketing and sales.

This is a full-time role, based in our Ahmedabad office. We are looking for candidates from diverse and technical backgrounds who thrive in an evolving environment.
