1. Creative Lead

About the role:
We are looking for a powerful, visual storyteller to develop top-notch creatives for our digital and print publications, as well as social media channels. The Creative Lead will be an integral part of the central Communications team, working together with their team members to ideate a visual design strategy which will complement the communications strategy. They will strengthen and amplify our impact narrative, and will take ownership of all visuals created. This is an opportunity to strategize Mantra’s visual communications with members across teams.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Creating the visual communication strategy for Mantra, along with the communications team
  • Developing high-quality creatives for social media, print and digital publications using tools such as Canva,
  • CorelDraw, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Narrating Mantra’s impact (including case stories) through illustrations, videos, templatized posts, and other brand-aligned format
  • Brainstorming creative ideas about internal and external dissemination of our narrative, such as through newsletters and campaigns, and implementing the same
  • Working closely with the Digital Communications Lead to ensure brand alignment across all visual communication
  • Contributing to and implementing the social media strategy of the organisation, using visual storytelling

Qualifications:

  • A graduate degree in visual design, visual communication, or related, from a recognised university
  • Certification in visual editing software (if a graduate of any other discipline) 0-2 years of work experience

2. Digital Communications Lead

About the role:
We are looking for a digital communications expert to drive our digital communications efforts for both external and internal audiences. They will build an impactful narrative about Mantra’s work in education leadership through our digital channels, including our website, and social media handles. They will co-create and drive the digital communications strategy of the organisation, and work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure brand adherence. This is an opportunity to amplify Mantra’s digital presence through online campaigns and events.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Creating the digital communications strategy (internal and external) of the organisation, along with the communications team
  • Implementing the strategy across all digital channels, such as the website, social media handles, and others
  • Ideating and running campaigns, such as on social media, while adhering to brand guidelines and the brand voice
  • Managing Mantra’s social media presence end-to-end, in close collaboration with the Creative Lead
  • Supporting the Creative Lead in developing brand collateral
  • Leading outreach and dissemination for internal and external events
  • Anchoring digital publication efforts and PR pitches of the organisation

Qualifications:
A graduate degree in communications (or similar) from a recognised university 1-2 years of work experience
