Join Our Team as a Gender Lead!

Are you passionate about gender equality and rural development? Lupin Human Welfare and Research Foundation (Lupin Foundation) is seeking dynamic female candidates to serve as Gender Leads in our Better Cotton project (02 Positions). We have openings in Dhule district and Nandurbar district. If you have a background in B.Sc. Agriculture, MSW, or any rural development degree, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, we want to hear from you!

Position: Gender Lead (Two Positions – FEMALE only)

Locations: Dhule & Nandurbar district

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead gender-focused initiatives within the Better Cotton project
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate gender-sensitive approaches for project planning
• Conduct training and capacity-building sessions on gender equality and women’s empowerment for staff and lead farmers
• Monitor and evaluate project activities to ensure gender mainstreaming

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ MSW/Any rural development degree
• Ready to work on the field (80% field job)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in gender-focused projects or rural development initiatives
• Strong understanding of gender issues in agriculture and rural communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Proficient in use of MS office tools
• Proficiency of local language is mandatory
• CTC: 3.5 to 4.5 LPA
