1. Communication Officer
Salary : Based on industry standards & prior experience
Job Description: The Communication officer is responsible for media initiatives and campaigns including social media, Newsletters, impact stories, infographics, and short film on the Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- To support the Organization in planning various advocacy events related to projects and ensure its successful execution.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all collateral including posters, social media posts, videos, presentations, brochures etc.
- To develop and manage a media and advocacy plan/ strategy for project and ensure its timely execution.
- Submission of its reports and analytics. Plan, design content and execute the events as and when required.
- To ensure consistent flow of messages related to achievements of projects and its effective broadcasting through various media channels in line with LLF branding.
- To build, manage and evaluate a social media presence for projects ensuring content is accurate, up to date And engaging to its audience.
- Content Library and Knowledge Management: Ensure a safe repository of all knowledge products like
- success stories, pictures, articles, data etc. is maintained, managed and retrievable at any time.
- To develop and execute PR activities for project and responsible for Newsletters, Press releases, etc.
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi language.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related area.
- A minimum of 3+ years’ experience.
2. Senior Managing Consultant- Learning & Development
Job Brief: Learning & Development (L&D) is one of the strategically important verticals at LLF. The L&D Head will be responsible for developing and implementing a Learning & Development strategy that facilitates and drives individual development and capacity building in line with the Foundation’s requirements and the requirements of the Projects. Collaborate effectively with people at all job levels and interacting with a diverse group of individuals and personalities to ensure the achievement of individual, functional and organizational goals. The person should have experience in the field of Social Development, Training, and designing & developing training curriculum.
Responsibilities:
Learning & Development.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs for Learning Link Foundation’s portfolio, in line with the HR and Organization strategy.
- Conceptualize innovative methods in line with the global trends to address the developmental and capacity building needs identified and formulate a comprehensive L&D plan.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements across the Foundation’s employees
- Identify current and future developmental needs at the individual level, and capacity building requirements at the institutional level
- Create and maintain an organizational training calendar
- Drive and facilitate the implementation of the L&D plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes; establish a feedback loop to ensure constant refinement and better delivery
- Maintain a keen understanding of learning & development trends, developments and best practices.
- Track L&D related data and generating regular reports as required
- Be a mentor for the team of Partners/Associate Partners and create organic leadership pipelines and functional experts
- Prevent and manage organizational risk, establish and drive compliance procedures, and establish/approve organizational/operational policies in the designated scope.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and the vision of the Foundation in their individual capacity and through the learning and development imparted
- Develop the next line of leaders in the organization.
Manage Project based Training Requirements
- Responsible & accountable for heading the Training function of the foundation
- Build the Training Strategy document
- Plan and design training interventions based on insightful TNA (training needs analysis) across projects at LLF.
- Build capacity of training team personnel
- Mentor, Encourage & handhold the training team to develop & grow so that they are able to take higher roles and responsibilities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and trainers.
- Oversee the accreditation and quality of trainers
- Manage a team of Central/State trainers and be responsible for the performance and motivation of the team members
- Mentor & support the cascading model of training by leading and conducting Training of Trainers (TOT)
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis using both structured and informal methods to capture requirements of the beneficiaries of the programs conducted by the Foundation – this could include youth, teachers, school leaders, etc
- Work closely with Project teams and create training plans, prepare training budgets and keep operations within budget.
- Support implementation teams across projects for internal training as well as training of all project beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
- Assess training needs of different stakeholders and support content team in development of content.
- Ensure strong governance and quality control by establishing robust processes including observation visits, tracking of implementation from a training perspective through review of MIS and strong reporting processes
- Prepare training plans in alignment with the training budgets and manage relationships with vendors and consultants.
- Implement large scale trainings – train trainers and subject experts, maintain organizational training calendar, coordinate with multiple teams ensuring that all training requirements are met, monitor training effectiveness with support of M&E team, review/finalise/publish training reports.
- Ensure that participants are meaningfully engaged at all times and learning sessions are differentiated and inclusive to accommodate the diversity of learners
- Improve Training quality, internal systems and processes to reflect impact metrics positively
- Build a collaboration Platform for an ongoing communication and collaboration in a sustained manner between Training and Implementation teams
- Visit field locations with a pre-defined structure, agenda and timelines to conduct the quality audits for the organization and share and report the same with all stakeholders
- Develop Budgets & analyse expense & variance statement on monthly basis.
- Keep a track of the training budgets of different program teams
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- A Master’s degree in Organizational Design, Education, Business Administration, or any other relevant degree.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in the field of education, training, Learning and Development.
- Experience in developing training curriculum and familiarity with contemporary issues in Indian education
- Exposure to working in an organization involved in education or training would be an added advantage
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies
- Needs to be well versed with ADDIE model and /or other frameworks
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
