Resource Person – Responsibilities

• Manage 2-3 assigned schools in a given block. Conduct classes for students from grade
• Hands on experience of Foundation Literacy and Numeracy. Monitor students’ progress and promote them in learning ladder.
• Maintain records of students’ progress and organize co-scholastic activities to nurture the talent.
• Support teachers in the schools to engage with community. Visit community and Mobilize students by counselling of students as well as parents.
• Organize learning festivals in the school and responsible for the event planning. Work with school administration and SDMCs.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum Graduation B.Ed/BA/D.Ed etc.
• 0-2 year of experience in the field of education.
• B.Ed, D.Ed Fresher’s can also apply.
