Roles & Responsibilities
- End to end implementation of the program including government stakeholder management, on ground implementation & budgeting & fund utilisation
- Allocate resources and plan quarterly milestones
- Manage project schedules, resources and information
- Mentor teams and enable teamwork
- Assign tasks to ground team and assist with schedule management.
- Proactively monitor progress, check quality delivery, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions wherever necessary
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation & create reports.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders, donors & within the organization
- Accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Uphold organization’s & donor’s standards, process and regulations
Knowledge and Skills
- Demonstrates proficiency with concepts of STEM and has fair knowledge about technology trends.
- Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to program management.
- Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and meet the deadline on time.
- Good knowledge of project management principles can lead team and build relationships with stakeholder
- Innovative approaches in mind-set to take the program to the next level with a wide array of creative skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the related field (Engineering / Science) Proficiency in engineering, electronics and/or computer programming.
- A total of 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in managerial capacity
- Written and oral fluency in English & Hindi / Kannada.
