Program Manager – Learning Links Foundation (LLF)

field of formal and non-formal education, dedicated to improving learning levels, promoting innovation, fostering 21st-century skills, and enabling systemic changes in the ecosystem. Established in 2002, the foundation works with partners from the private, public, and non-profit sectors to identify opportunities, address challenges, and transform the Indian education landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

• End to end implementation of the program including government stakeholder management, on ground implementation & budgeting & fund utilisation
• Allocate resources and plan quarterly milestones
• Manage project schedules, resources and information
• Mentor teams and enable teamwork
• Assign tasks to ground team and assist with schedule management.
• Proactively monitor progress, check quality delivery, resolve issues and initiate appropriate corrective actions wherever necessary
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation & create reports.
• Manage communication with all stakeholders, donors & within the organization
• Accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• Uphold organization’s & donor’s standards, process and regulations

Knowledge and Skills

• Demonstrates proficiency with concepts of STEM and has fair knowledge about technology trends.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to program management.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently without constant supervision and meet the deadline on time.
• Good knowledge of project management principles can lead team and build relationships with stakeholder
• Innovative approaches in mind-set to take the program to the next level with a wide array of creative skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in the related field (Engineering / Science) Proficiency in engineering, electronics and/or computer programming.
• A total of 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in managerial capacity
• Written and oral fluency in English & Hindi / Kannada.
