WASH Sector Opportunity in Delhi with KPMG India

1 Program Manager

Minimum Qualification
1. Master’s degree in environment or civil or sanitary engineering or other relevant discipline (such as social work, business management etc.)

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum of 10 years of proven track record in sector planning, designing and project management.
2. Proven experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.
3. Proven administration, leadership, analytical, communications, interpersonal and project management skills.

2 Knowledge Management Specialist

Minimum Qualification

Master’s degree in journalism, communications, sociology, Environmental science, or related field like management, social work

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum 7 years work experience in communication and documentation or related field.
2. Experience should also include E-knowledge, management experience and in-depth understanding of effective use of social media for generating mass movement.
3. Have a demonstrated track record of delivering high governments quality reports communication on managed
programs. activities under taken by employers.

3. Communication Specialist

Minimum Qualification

An advanced university degree in communication for development or the social/behavioral sciences (Sociology, Anthropology, Psychology, Health Education), with emphasis on participation communication, communication planning social mobilization & behavioral research

OR

A well recognized national/international level expert/ champion in the sanitation field with immense experience of working in the field at grassroots level.

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum 5 or more years of work experience in integrated fullservice advertising, and communications agency in a national level  role.

2. Experience in designing of strategic theme based communications, especially conceptualising communication
programs for social development themes/activities and rolling out at state/national levels.

4. SLWM Specialist

Minimum Qualification

Post-graduate Degree with specialization in Civil/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Sciences/ Environment Management or related specialization in SWM/LWM/ FSM.

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum 5 years relevant 1 experience in Implementation of solid waste management projects including plastic waste management, and understanding of environmental issues.

2. Should be computer literate with good communication skills to conduct training and capacity building activities.

3. Knowledge on Standards and specifications on Solid Waste Management in rural context

5. IT/MIS Specialist

Minimum Qualification

Post-graduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Statistics or a related discipline

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum 7 years’ experience of working on web-content & website development for corporate/ government agencies/ government affiliates

2. Website security & website hosting service with additional working experience of designing MIS

6. Capacity Building and Training Specialist

Minimum Qualification

Degree in Communication, Education, Social sector or related disciplines

3. Knowledge on Standards and specifications on Biogas/GOBARdhan in rural context.

10. PFMS Specialist

Minimum Qualification

Graduation degree in computer science engineering/IT/Computer Applications

Years of Relevant Experience Required

1. Minimum 5 Years of experience in dealing with PFMS related works under different schemes/programmes of Government of India/State Governments
2. Ability to analyse, assess and monitor the performance of various indicators/stakeholders in PFMS implementation
