1. Project Director

Position Qualification: Master’s degree in Economics/ Statistics from a reputed University with at least 10 years of relevant experience as Project Manager/ Director in Education/ Skills / Social impact / development sector

Years of Experience : 12+

2. Labour Market Expert

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in economics/ labour studies/ statistics from a reputed University with 8 years of relevant experience as Labour Market expert.

Years of Experience  10-12 years

3. Public Policy Expert

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s in public policy in a related discipline from a reputed International/ National University with at least 8 years’ of relevant experience as Public Policy expert

Years of Experience : 10-12 years

4. TVET Expert

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or above in social sciences/ economics/ statistics/ public policy or a related discipline from a reputed International/ National University. The resource should have at least 8 years of relevant experience as TVET Expert in Education/ Skills / Social impact / development sector.

Years of Experience :  10-12 years

5. Social Inclusion Expert

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in economics/ gender studies/ sociology/ rural development from a reputed International/ National University with at least 8 years’ experience in gender studies/ gender mainstreaming in social sector projects and demonstrated experience in gender mainstreaming in TVET / skills sector

Years of Experience : 10-12 years

6. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in economics or statistics from a reputed International/ National University with more than 8 years of relevant experience as M&E Expert in Education/ Skills / Social impact / Development sector.

Years of Experience :  10-12 years

7. Data Specialist

Position Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ data science/ statistics/ mathematics, or a related discipline from a reputed International/ National University with 8 years of relevant experience as Data Specialist in Education/ Skills / Social impact / Development sector

Years of Experience: 10-12 years

8. Entrepreneurship Expert

Position Qualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship / Enterprise Development / Business / Economics from a reputed International / National University with 8 years of relevant experience in Policy design / review for promoting entrepreneurship in India or abroad. Practical experience in starting and running businesses demonstrated through personal entrepreneurial ventures, leadership roles in start[1]ups or established companies, or involvement in entrepreneurship focused organizations.

Years of Experience: 10-12 years

9. Analyst

Position Qualification:  Graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Statistics, Economics, or relevant discipline from a reputed International/ National University with more than 3 years’ experience of evaluating surveys using digital tools and be proficient in bringing out insights based on the analysis of survey components such as analysis of design and methodologies

Years of Experience:  8-10 years

10. Research Associates

Position Qualification:  Graduate degree in Social Work, Rural Management, Economics, or other relevant discipline from a reputed International/ National University with more than 3 years’ experience of conducting surveys and be proficient in undertaking relevant surveys including design and methodologies, field supervision and report writing.

Years of Experience:  8-10 years
