In April 2019, Jivika started with a single employee as our founder being 1st employee with rented premises in Thergaon, Pune. Now we are standing tall with owned Head Office at Baner Pune and multiple offices in different cities. Our company has started hiring employees from premium B-Schools like IIMs and premium Engineering schools like IITs. Job description

• Work closely with the project team to ensure coordination and integration of all project activities in overall implementation.
• Liaise with the project team and partners to ensure the successful implementation of project activities, including create work plans, partner reporting
• Closely work with the relevant stakeholders, including Municipal Corporation, civil society, private sector partners, etc.
• Provide regular updates to Municipal Corporations and CSR partners
• Provide technical support for project activities, monitoring, reporting, evaluation and documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist with other programmatic and administrative duties as required for successful implementation of vaccination program activities.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences/ MSW or related field, from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in health with demonstrated skills in implementation of program including Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Experience in projects that involve liaising with Government institutions and private sector players/corporate/healthcare providers/NGOs.
• Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
• Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform.
• Good analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills,
• Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination
• Experience in performance monitoring and evaluation of health programs, including monitoring performance indicators, data collection and conducting data reviews and analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, capacity to analyse data, monitor progress, and translate findings effectively to stakeholders and partners.

2. Manager-Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Develop new solutions,practices and strategies to support long term business growth of the company.
• Research and analyze market trends and Industry Competition
• Present the findings,Projections and recommend strategies.
• Identify weakness or opportunities in ongoing strategies and analyzing and assessing internal processes and market trends.
• Plan & Present actionable steps , which can include creating financial models, budgets , helping human resources hire or train staffs and suggesting new ideas and services.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret market and industry data
• Assist a Company to fit into the current dynamic economy by identifying and implementing relevant methods for increased business efficiency .
• Should plan & present a SWOT analysis of the competitors present in the market with actionable and timeline.
• Deliver and communicate in-depth knowledge of current industry landscape (Business Consumers, competitors, capabilities, costs) – Bench marking
• Competitor Analysis: Keep a close tab on the following metrics and regularly updating on-
• New Competition starting in the country
• New App for Vaccination services, leading to future competition
• New avenues developing in the international market, its relevance in Indian market and scope of implementation in the Indian Scenario
• Keeping a regular tab on the new developments and scenario’s arising in the healthcare space requiring urgent action.

3. Sr.Manager-Partnerships

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development having proven experience with CSR partnerships to get fund for implementing projects.
• Proposal writing and budget preparations for CSR projects.
• Able to lead the business vertical by proposing a strategy for the vertical, managing the resources, budget, impact and focusing on results and revenue for the vertical
• Experience in Consulting roles in NGO/ Non-profit Org. preferred
• Able to plan, implement strategic ideas for fundraising, Grant Writing, CSR empanelment with Corporates/ NGOs / Foundations
• Experience in dealing with CXOs, Govt. officials and other Bureaucrats preferred
• Fluency in communication, drafting skills and proposal designing skills mandatory
• Conducting research, analysis of the target market and developing-suggesting strategic plans basis outcome & business decisions
• Creating presentations on targets, impact measurement, goals for the entire marketing team for regular reviews and action based output
