International Noble Work Development and Investigation Association (INDIA) is a non-profit, democratic and secular voluntary organization that has its presence in the State of Odisha for nearly two decades in the districts of Ganjam, Gajapati, Kandhamal and Keonjhar in the field of Sustainable Agriculture, Disaster resilient crops and cropping pattern, Child friendly Schools and System, Organic farming with local seed conservation, Integrated farming with Bio-inputs, Women empowerment and entrepreneurship development, Promotion and capacity building of FPOs, SHGs, FIGs and JLGs etc. INDIA NGO is Facilitating Agency for a project initiated by Govt of Odisha on Crop Diversification Programme in different districts including Mega Lift Irrigation Ayacut Areas. Crop Diversification is one of the focus areas of the State Agriculture Policy – 2020, SAMRUDHI.

Block Project Coordinator (BPC) – 01 post
Qualification: BSc Agriculture / MSW / MA Sociology
Experience: 05 years in Agriculture/Lift Irrigation/Livelihood Sector.
Competency: Must be a team player, Documentation and reporting in English, well versed in MS office and internet and well versed in local Odia language.
Place of Posting: Bhanjanagar Block Head Quarter
Remuneration: Rs. 32,000 – 35,000 as per the experience.
