Project Associate – INTAS Foundation

INTAS Foundation, the CSR arm of INTAS Pharmaceuticals Ltd., undertaking various CSR activities and development projects for the benefit of society, particularly under-privileged populations. The projects are operational across the country in the field of healthcare, education, socio-economic and community development with presence in 22 states and 2 union territories touching over a million lives.

The Foundation is looking for Project Associate based at following locations:

Position: Project Associate

Location: Ranchi, Shillong, Kannur, Pune, Bhuvneshwar, Bikaner, Rishikesh

Qualification: MSW / MPH / MA (Sociology/ Anthropology/ Psychology) fresher or with 1-2 years’    experience preferably in health care sector focussing on Cancer and other NCDs.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Good Project management skill.
• Good communication and presentable skill.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent spoken & written English and regional language.
• Good coordination skill.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Associate (PA) will be responsible for overall administration of transit home and associated activities.
• Candidate should have comprehensive understanding of healthcare scenario in the state and various programs and schemes related to NCDs.
• Candidate should develop and maintain cordial and functional working relationship with various hospitals, doctors, and other service providers to ensure need of patients are addressed constructively.
• Project Associate should ensure that the centre is fully occupied, and patients and care givers are well taken care.

Salary and Benefits:  The salary range is between Rs. 24,000 to Rs. 26,000 based on candidate’s experience/qualifications.  Other benefits include group life insurance, accidental insurance, reimbursement of telephone, travel, medical insurance, leaves and other benefits as per policy.

Candidates with experience in non-profit sector/NGOs will be preferred. The position requires 40% travel.
