1. Field Assistant
Applications are invited for the position of Field Assistant (six positions) to work on a project related to assessment of public health facilities. [funded by Save The Children]

Job Profile

The responsibilities of the Field Assistant will include the following:

a) Conduct primary data collection through surveys, in-depth interviews in three cities- Bhopal, Indore, and Pune.

b) Surveys and in-depth interviews are to be conducted at urban health facilities, community/opinion leaders, frontline health workers, and women who have delivered in the last six months.

c) Coding and tabulating of qualitative and quantitative data

d) Assistance in preparation of tables, graphs, and basic quantitative and qualitative data analysis

Essential Qualification
a) Graduation degree in social sciences subjects.
b) Substantial experience of conducting surveys

Remuneration and Tenure

a) The contract term will be for two months starting at the earliest.

b) The consolidated remuneration will be Rs.25000/- per month. This amount includes stay, travel, and other local logistics expenditure required for conducting the survey.

The Director, IRMA reserves the right to make relaxations in the prescribed qualifications/experience if found suitable.
