CSR Governance and Compliance Manager – IndusInd Bank

Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Compliance on Governance to CSR Policy, Regulations, SOPs, Internal processes, timely reporting to management as well as to regulators
• Conduct Due-Diligence, Documentation and on-boarding of NGOs/NPOs.
• Ensuring Audit Readiness. No adverse comment and observations by internal and external auditors/regulators
• Conduct 3rd party audits and impact assessments.
• Tracking of budgets vs expenses
• Timely regulatory submissions i.e. CSR Form 2
• Other internal submissions – Management decks, Committee / Board presentations

Qualifications, Skills & Traits

• Finance Management degree / CA / Inter CA with overall
• Corporate Experience or Corporate Cross-over will be an advantage.
• Preferable with domain experience in Audit.
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations, best practices in CSR Ecosystem
• Strong Analytical and reporting writing experience.
• Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, MS Word and Advanced PowerPoint
• A person with high personal integrity, team spirit and a passion for driving societal change.
• Open to change and a learning attitude.
• Have a smart personality and good communication and presentation skills
