Applications are solicited for the position of Academic Assistant / Associate (Marketing).

Job Description: To assist faculty in teaching and research activities.

Job Requirement: Two positions at Lucknow Campus and One position at Noida Campus

Qualifications: Candidates with a Master’s/PhD in Marketing and Psychology are encouraged to apply. Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Management are also welcome. Good spoken and written English is an elemental requirement. Having relevant experience will be desirable.

Tenure: The initial appointment is for six months, with a possibility of extension up to eleven months, based on performance appraisal.

Selection Process: Interview (at IIM Lucknow Campus/Noida Campus/online mode)

Location: The selected candidate(s) would be working from Lucknow/ Noida campus.

Candidates are expected to look for accommodation by themselves, outside the campus premises.

Compensation:
Designation Qualification Consolidated Salary
1 Academic Assistant – Post Graduate  – Rs.18,000/- to 26,500/-
2 Academic Associate Post Graduate with minimum three years relevant research/ project/ teaching experience. – Rs.26,500/- to 35,000/-
