INDIAdonates is a ‘not-for-profit’ fundraising and capacity building platform. We work with small and mid–sized non–governmental organizations (NGOs) to support them in mobilization of critical resources and in building strong institutions. Our thematic areas include Disability, Education, Elderly Care, Disaster and Response, Income Generation, Health, Environment, Water & Sanitation and others.
Position: Lead- NGO Partnership & Linkages
The Lead- NGO Partnership & Linkages will be responsible for exploring partnership opportunities with other local and national voluntary organisations and maintaining relationships with NGO partners of INDIAdonates. The person will develop and implement NGO partnership strategy as aligned with and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of INDIAdonates. They would also be responsible for planning and execution of programs in collaboration with NGO partners; developing proposals for online and offline resource mobilization and monitoring program implementation.
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
Qualification and Competencies
Master’s degree in social work, social sciences or development field (or equivalent) and at least 3 years of experience in project management in the development sector or Bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences, in the development field (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in project management in the development sector. Prior experience leading monitoring and evaluation research teams in large international programs; Demonstrated highly developed written and oral communication skills in English Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders Display exceptional listening and analytical skills to understand partner NGOs needs and concerns and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to these needs. Proven project management capability and knowledge; ability to develop goals and plans; allocate resources accordingly and prioritise work to meet deadlines and budget. Significant professional knowledge and experience in NGO management and community relations ideally in a professional setting. Strong understanding of the development sector and policies. Highly effective negotiation and influencing capabilities in the same or similar industries.
