Sales / Business Development

1. Business Development Associate (5 Position)

What we’re looking for

We are looking for smart young people who are passionate about engaging with students and parents and ‘ethically’ sell transformational career guidance product to them. The role is completely remote. All you need is a laptop, internet connection, telephone with good network coverage & a humble attitude to talk to students and parents.

At iDC selling is just not a number. We are an unbiased career guidance company and we truly care for students. This is not going to be a typical sales role but a role where you will find job satisfaction as well!

Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibilty is to handle incoming and outgoing calls (tele) from students and parents to apprise them about iDreamCareer products.
  • To manage 40-50 students/parents call per day
  • Complete management and updation of details in CRM (Leadsquare)
  • Consistent follow up with students/parents

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
  • Experience of working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
  • Minimum 2 years experience in telephonic sales is a must requirement for this role

Remuneration Rs. 3.5-4 lakh annual CTC (fixed + performance based)

2. Study Abroad Consultant

What we’re looking for

We have been a known brand in the career guidance space when it comes to India as a destination. We have recently forayed into study abroad and scaling this up to ‘ethically’ and in ‘unbiased’ way guide young students to help them get college admission offers from best universities across the globe. Post our launch in June, 2021, we have seen tremendous response and we are now looking to further scale this vertical.

This position will require you to interact closely with students aspiring to study abroad, align them for our 1st free study abroad counseling session, and further guide them on how our study abroad programs can help them. We do not aim to push sales but aim to drive students for our program only if we feel we can do justice to their career pathway ahead.

Responsibilities

  • Primary task is to engage with students/parents on phone/video calls and apprise them on our study abroad guidance programs
  • Manage 10-20 high quality leads and schedule their free session, orient them on our program, follow up and onboard.
  • Closely work with our senior study abroad counselor on student engagement in the program

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to engage students/parents in conversation around their careers
  • Experience of working in CRM tools like Leadsquare
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in study abroad sales is a must requirement for this role
  • Preference would be given to candidates who have completed their education (UG or PG) abroad

Remuneration Rs. 6-8 lakh annual CTC + variable (depending on the experience)
