1. Innovation Associate – Research

In a Nutshell
Hrim is in search of Innovation Associate – Research who is adept at the dynamic art of creating novel avenues for positive action and translating them into real world designs for our clients. Please apply to join our core innovation team based out of New Delhi.

Once here you will

• Execute creative research for understanding the client organization, initiative, business, and its ecosystem and to support detailed design
• Create knowledge products in variety of formats to communicate our idea concepts and designs.
• Synthetize and analyse system level patterns and frameworks to understand the context of client project
• Utilize frameworks, multiple perspectives, and domains to discover novel avenues and ideas for purposeful action
• Visualize ideas and concepts in creative ways with awareness of their context, potential and purpose
• Contribute to Development detailed workable designs customized to client needs utilizing the most appropriate mediums and framework

 Experience, Skills, and Mindset

• Sufficient work experience to function effectively and professionally in a team
• Relevant Undergraduate Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred in any professional domain or academic discipline.
• An elevated sense of understanding about contexts and a strong observational skillset.
• An ability to sense system level patterns in diverse paradigms. • Ability to make the search for new ideas possible through thoughtful research
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills along with digital proficiency.
• Insatiable curiosity to learn more about unique domains, people, organizations, and businesses
• Ability to synthesize research findings, uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire innovation.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, exercise a balance between research rigor and creativity.
• High comfort level in working within a self-managed environment and navigating ambiguity.
• Openness to critique from other disciplines and curiosity to learn from a spectrum of perspectives.

2. Innovation Associate – Design

Hrim is in search of Innovation Associate – Design who is adept at the dynamic art of creating novel avenues for positive action and translating them into real world designs for our clients. Please apply to join our core innovation team based out of New Delhi.

Once here you will

• Visualize ideas and concepts in creative ways with awareness of their context, potential and purpose
• Create knowledge products in variety of formats via creative mediums, to communicate our idea concepts and designs.
• Develop detailed workable designs customized to client needs utilizing the most appropriate mediums and framework
• Utilize frameworks, multiple perspectives, and domains to discover novel avenues and ideas for purposeful action
• Execute creative research for understanding the client organization, initiative, business, and its ecosystem and to support detailed design
• Synthetize and analyse system level patterns and frameworks to understand the context of client project

 Experience, Skills, and Mindset

• Sufficient work experience to function effectively and professionally in a team
• Relevant Degree in Design ( M.DES, B.DES, BFA etc)
• A strong portfolio and elevated sense of design – you know the difference between Good and Great
• Experience in tools used in visual design and prototyping. These can include Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite etc.
• Knowledge of visual design best practices for typography, colour theory, layout, icons, and general design theory.
• Ability of making ideas real through design by creatively problem solving in the client’s context i.e. be able to generate multiple alternate feasible ways to generate value.
• Outstanding verbal and communication skills along with digital proficiency.

• Ability to synthesize research findings, uncover and articulate insights that will inform and inspire innovation.
