1. State Team Leader

Required qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in- Agri business management / Rural development / Entrepreneurship development / Business Management / Economics

Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience and at least 4 years of experience in formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) formation and promotion, conduct of result-oriented entrepreneurship development programmes
(EDPs), livelihood development related projects in the farm / off farm / non- farm sector

Job description
• Point of contact for respective state level team with central team and client

• Liasioning with related stakeholders including senior Government and public and private service providers

• Responsible for timely delivery of overall objectives of the assignment at state level

• Preparation and presentation of progress reports in review meetings followed by submission

• Overall project management and technical lead for substantive and analytical work

• Coordinating and supervising the activities of the entire team

• Overseeing quality control of key deliverables/outputs in accordance with agreed timelines

2. Cluster Development Professional – Farm / Off farm

Required qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in- Agri business management / Rural development / Entrepreneurship development / Business Management / Economics

Experience: Minimum 6 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of experience in formation and promotion of Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), Self Help Groups (SHGs) and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) formation and promotion, livelihood development related projects in the farm / off farm sector

Job description:

• Conduct of cluster / value chain diagnostic studies

• Mobilisation of farmers into FIGs and FPOs

• Training of farmers and board of directors of FPOs

• Preparing business plans for FPOs

• Providing a range of services to FPOs – facilitating input connect, credit connect, market linkages, twinning with various other necessary business development services, facilitating convergence with Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), MoRD, MoFPI schemes etc.

• Liasioning with related stakeholders including Government departments

• Timely delivery of the expected outputs as designed by the state Team Leader and seniors

• Drafting and presentation of progress reports

3. Cluster Development Professional – Non-farm

Required qualification: Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in- Rural development / Entrepreneurship development / Business Management / Economics

Experience: Minimum 6 years of overall experience and at least 3 years of experience in formation and promotion of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Cluster Level Federations (CLFs), conduct of result-oriented entrepreneurship development programmes (EDPs), livelihood development related projects in the non-farm
sector, mentoring enterprises and enterprise networks

Job description:
• Conduct of cluster / value chain diagnostic studies

• Identification of business opportunities and guiding entrepreneurs / entrepreneur networks

• Mobilisation of artisans / potential entrepreneurs into networks

• Training of artisans, potential entrepreneurs and board of directors of POs

• Preparing business plans for POs

• Providing a range of services to POs – facilitating establishment of raw material banks, credit connect,market linkages, twinning with various other necessary business development services, facilitating convergence with Ministry of MSME (MoMSME), MoRD, MoSDE schemes etc.

• Liasioning with related stakeholders including Government departments

• Timely delivery of the expected outputs as designed by the state Team Leader and seniors

• Drafting and presentation of progress reports

4. Field Level Professional – Farm / off farm
