Job Description
This is a remote position.
Role:
We are looking for a Associate – Support to join our Partner & Platform Success Practice (PPSP) team & to help us grow our business technology team. PPSP is part of Centre Of Excellence (Delivery Team) & is responsible for providing support related to any issues related to Give’s product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with implementing partners: Own all partner connect, communication and data requests. Liaise with NGO’s to monitor quality of data uploads, sanctity in data collation and updating data.
- Drive Adoption through training: Interface with the implementing partners to train them on product features and functionality for GMS & MEI to ensure Product Adoption
- Own technical support for product: Guide the implementing partner through Give modules for troubleshooting, Dashboard Testing & debugging for new projects and bugs.
- Training of Stakeholders and sharing post training documents
- Raise product tickets post diagnosis and follow ups
- Task creation and user mapping changes for existing implementations.
- Creating Support documents
- Other deliverables: Leverage and follow standardized templates for creating client reports, deliverables, repository updates etc. & data followups.
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of all Give modules (training will be provided).
- Understanding of querying languages: SQL
- Understanding of application or system issue handling process, of how the systems work, responding to Tickets and handling technical issues.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting on issues faced by the client.
- Knowledge, understanding and appreciation of development sector – NGO space. Domain skills are an advantage.
- Monitoring & evaluation skills for assessing data quality
- Basic Excel – VLOOKUP, pivots and similar data analysis functions, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Communication skills: User issue resolution and support on google meet call & through email. Collaboration and persuasion with implementing partners for data updating. Communication skills for training and influencing adoption.
- Analytical Thinking to evaluate project data and prepare reports.
