Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility

We provide virtual services and data collection and analytics services to various types of overseas clients and this position is to be part of the corporate social responsibility team which will collaborate with various Trusts, NGOs, Foundations, Social Service Organizations, and execute approved CSR projects within India.

Responsibilities

  • Managing corporate social responsibility team of FinacPlus
  • Ensuring CSR team works on decided projects and responsibilities
  • Coordinating with Board of Trustees and management of social service organizations.
  • Maintaining books of accounts and bank reconciliations for CSR spending
    Storing accounting evidence for payments, receipts, assets etc., for CSR funds
  • Maintaining good relationships with CSR beneficiaries such as schools, colleges, villages, unemployed youth etc.,
  • Registering corporate volunteers for working on CSR projects, interaction with youth, training students, personality development coaching, career counselling etc,
  • Scheduling and Managing training events, CSR events, service projects etc,
  • Preparing and posting updates in social media and encouraging service minded citizens to participate into CSR activities.
  • Developing and updating suitable webpages to showcase CSR programs and to build committed team of volunteers.
  • Maintaining Excellent Public Relations

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelors or master’s in social work
  • 6+ years of experience in managing CSR Teams and programs
  • Expert level of experience in using MS-Excel and maintaining suitable control records.
  • Well Versed with social media postings and content writing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and who works well with others in a team environment.

Timings: IST 10am to 7pm
