The opportunity
We’re looking for a CSR professional to Project manage our GDS Corporate Responsibility (GDS CR) program at our GDS centers globally. We work closely with our GDS center teams across 9 countries to create awareness, identify opportunities, potential partners and deliver plans to run the GDS CR program.

We work in virtual teams, global environment, to drive Corporate Responsibility at GDS global and have we aligned our Corporate Responsibility to our purpose of Building a Better Working World.

Your key responsibilities

  • Anchor the enablement function and manage team to implement the enablement processes
  • Create project plan and budgets as well as track and report project status, budget usage and progress on the plan to the GDS CR leader
  • Work with CR leadership team to create and socialise KPIs for CR function and locations/zones in consultation with CR SPOCs
  • Work with GDS CR Leader and relevant stakeholders to prepare for GDS leadership, CR Network, CR Stakeholder and core project team meetings
  • Work with GDS CR Leader & core team to establish processes, framework for recurring CR initiatives to enable and empower the CR teams & employees across GDS.
  • Provide PMO support to GDS CR Leader for establishing long term CR strategy and Ripples plan and current project status
  • Coordinate with GDS Locations on budget tracking once a quarter and establish pan GDS view of budget vs actual report.
  • Manage updates of GDS CR initiatives on relevant Global CR and GDS platforms
  • Coordinate with GDS CR central teams and the broader CR network to gather inputs and updates on CR activities
  • Work with Finance team to track community investment on GDS CR activities to report back to the Global Ripples team on a quarterly basis.
  • Be part of Global CR networks and represent GDS in these networks
  • Work with CR teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk management for all CR projects across countries
  • Work closely with GDS CR BMC SPOC to keep track of GDS CR communications

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 15 or more years of experience (CSR sector experience included)
  • Strong Communication
  • Project Management
  • Networking and Collaboration
