Going beyond typical environmental/ social due-diligence or impact assessment services, ERM’s portfolio of specialist expertise in the region includes safety performance intervention (ERM’s Sustainable Safety suite of programs), sustainability strategy development, asbestos management, land acquisition/ resettlement advisory and integrated water management.

ERM is also the only firm in India providing turn-key contaminated site management services, including groundwater remediation, Brownfield redevelopment services, soil and groundwater contamination assessments, building decontamination and specialist demolition and decommissioning services.

Role Requirements:

• Role shall require Professional to carry out site investigations (including incorporating high resolution site characterization), proposal and report preparation;
• Professional will be required to travel to multitude of sites and shall be involved in sampling of various environmental media including soil and groundwater;
• Analyzing data using computer application like Arc GIS, MODFLOW, is a plus;
• Professional shall be expected to support the successful delivery of ERM projects by delivering multiple project tasks or components, and building effective working relationships within and across technical communities; and
• The candidate should be able to communicate well in English (both speaking and written skills) and be open to extended travel associated with the job.

Education/ Training/ Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Geosciences, Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering or related fields
• Expected to have 1- 2 years of consulting experience working in Site Investigations and related activities
• Experience using Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is expected
