Dinker Agriculture Producer Company Limited is a farmer producer company which is promoting by End Poverty (NGO).

This Producer Company (PC) formed in August 2019 at Tapukara, Alwar district of Rajasthan under SFURTI scheme of Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Government of India (GoI).

We are working to improve the farm productivity by training and improved farm practices. Procurement of fruits and vegetables from members in most efficient manner. Organize farmers to have scale of economy in purchase/sales of farm input/farmers produce.

End Poverty is a civil society organization registered in 2009 with a purpose to contribute towards poverty reduction in India. EP has been working in the states of Rajasthan, Haryana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, UP and Delhi. EP’s main target segment are poor landless agricultural farmers, small and marginal farmers, traditional artisans, poor and needy women, girl child, unemployed youth etc. Capacity building and training are the most important elements among others to support the diverse groups striving for change and a better life. End Poverty is a professionally managed, forward looking, catalyst organization that designs & delivers customized, innovative and self-sustaining development programs which are replicable and create social impact.

End Poverty has identified four main areas of program interventions: Sustainable Livelihood Creation, Girls Education, Rural Development and Civil Society development.

Job Location Tapukara, Alwar, Rajasthan

Job responsibilities

• Accountable to ensure all parts of the company work smoothly to enable an efficient business – Accounts, finance, compliances, regulatory, administration, business planning, Market Linkage
• Experienced in Fruits and Vegetables cluster is highly preferred.
• Supply chain – market value addition is to be done for local mandi and nearby territory to expand the businesses of FPO.
• Backward market linkages and rich experience in forward market linkages
• Project management for grants which support the work of the FPO
• Accountable for the team output which works with the FPO
• Ensuring capacity building of existing team to manage the business by themselves.
• Market linkage of the F & V domains, FPO and private players
• Carry out market & commodity analysis, feasibility mapping to ensure better returns to the farmers
• Develop the value chain on identified crops for FPO
• Farmer trainings at the relevant interval in the block as well as district level.
• Database management and report writing skills is highly desirable
• Develop crop wise backward and forward market linkages
• Any other work assigned time to time by the seniors/ Reporting Manager

Reporting to Chairman/ Board of Directors of Producer Company

Qualification & Required skills and Competencies

• Post graduate /MBA in Marketing, Agribusiness, Rural Management or relevant streams from recognized University/ Institute
• At least 3 years previous working experience with community based organization, FPO/FPC.
• Fluency in both oral and written communication in English & Hindi – local language.
• Preference will be given to candidates with past experience of operating any business in agriculture & allied sectors.
• Good Liasioning and communications skills with the Govt and other stakeholders
• Good knowledge of Email, MS Excel, Power point & MS Word
• Willingness to travel to different districts as the individual will have to do extensive travel to the field and market locations
