Mindspark is a personalized adaptive learning (PAL) solution developed by Educational Initiatives (EI) in 2008.It was developed after a decade of pedagogy-based research and studies on students’ learning processes andnmisconceptions. Mindspark uses data on student learning gaps and difficulties to provide each student with nan adaptive learning experience based on scientifically designed educational content. Currently, Mindspark is available in 9 Indian languages for Math, Language, and English-as-a-Second-Language. The learning software is being implemented in government schools, low-income private schools and after school centres across rural and urban India.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and follow-up on project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on time with high quality.
- Create processes and maintain a record of tasks, issue related to the Mindspark solution.
- Monitor and ensure data being shared with client is of high quality and up to date.
- Co-Create training modules and monitor/maintain data related to training.
- Escalate and follow-up with respective teams for speedy resolution.
- Support in preparation of project progress reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Travel for the Product Implementation, Training, and Support as and when required.
Educational Qualifications
- Must: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Preferred: Work/fellowship experience in the education/development sector
Experience Required
- Freshers with a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in education program implementation.
- Preferred: Work/fellowship experience in the education/development sector.
Key Skills
- Interest in and understanding of India’s education landscape.
- Must have good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ability to interpret data, create data visualizations.
- Proficient at engaging with multiple internal teams to ensure regular follow-ups for issue resolution.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
