Role Overview:
We invite you to join us in revolutionizing learning through Skillfy, an innovative self-learning app developed by Dr. Reddy’s Foundation. This app is designed to uplift students from underprivileged backgrounds, aiding them in achieving their employment goals. As a curriculum developer, you’ll be instrumental in creating courses that not only educate but also empower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design impactful course curricula for Skillfy, focusing on underprivileged learners.
• Utilize creative tools like Canva, Vyond, and PowerPoint to visualize and produce learning content in video format.
• Conduct in-depth research to determine learning objectives, and craft scripts that translate into effective online courses.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A professional with at least one year of experience in curriculum design and development.
• An individual who is skilled or willing to quickly learn content visualization tools.
• An employee with a growth mindset, takes ownership of content, and is dedicated to producing easily understandable yet engaging learning videos.
• Adaptable professional ready to constantly enhance their knowledge and skills.

Qualification Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in any field, with B.Ed/M.Ed/Mass Communication being an added advantage.

What We Offer:

• Salary up to 6 lakhs based on experience.
• 5 day work week.
