Doctors For You (DFY) is a registered society, registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 Section 21 having registration no. F-56886(Mum). DFY is a pan India humanitarian organization with international presence and has been working in various disaster hit zones since the last 14 years. DFY focuses on providing medical care to the vulnerable communities during crisis and non-crisis situations, emergency medical aid to people affected by natural disaster, conflicts and epidemics. We are also committed to reducing disaster risk to human society by delivering training and capacity development in emergency preparedness and response. The work of DFY is guided by humanitarian principles of humanity, impartiality, and neutrality. 1. Accounts Officer
Location : Delhi/Noida
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and maintain budgets.
- Handle tax-related matters, including filing of tax returns.

About the Project (Masarhi Health Centre)
Masarhi health center operated by Doctors for you (DFY) has catered more than 16,000 patients from November’2015, in Masarhi village in Patna district of Bihar. The health Centre has provided accessible and affordable primary health care services prioritizing maternal and child health, malnutrition and outreach for these patients irrespective of caste, creed and gender considerations. The patient profile included patients from 70 villages of Fatuha Block of Patna District in the state of Bihar.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assess the needs of the patients in the ward and make nursing care plan for all patients.
- Direct patient care (bed making, changing of bed sheets, mouth care, back care, bed bathing, hair wash, changing of position etc.) and allotted care to her by the ward sister.
- Fulfil all basic needs (hygienic need, nutritional need etc.) of the patients.
- Take over the charge from duty nurse of previous shift, regarding patients (bed to bed), instrument supplies, drugs etc. and hand over the same to the next shift.
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly as per formats.
- Documenting successful interventions and synthesizing lessons learnt for wider dissemination.
