Dhwani Rural Information System Pvt Ltd is a 6 year old, 90 + people young, data and technology firm working only with  social/rural/development sector organizations. It was started by two graduates from IRMA with the purpose of supporting Non Profit sector with their program specific data and technology needs.

Today Dhwani works with multiple partners across NGO,CSR Philanthropy and Government organizations. We have built close to 75+ software solution which have been used by 100+ Partner NGO to reach out to collectively 200 million individuals spread across 2.5 lacs villages in India.

Our tech solutions enable orgs to monitor their program on a real time basis, scale up operations, measure ground impact and take corrective actions during the course of the program with the data driven decision making

Our platform and custom solutions have been deployed extensively across programmes focusing on livelihoods, education, health, nutrition, water and sanitation. Currently working with Tata Trust, Reliance Foundation, Tech Mahindra Foundation, Azim Premji Philanthropy, NRLM, NITI Aayog vary closely.

Experience 5- 8 Years

Job Overview – Dhwani is looking for an experienced professional (5-8 years), to lead our HR team. The person will take ownership of all People Function matters across the company from performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action to learning and development. To perform well in this role, the person should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

Job Responsibilities

1. Consistently recruiting excellent staff.

2. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.

3. Training, counseling and coaching our staff.

4. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.

5. Carrying out necessary administrative duties.

6. Conducting performance and wage reviews.

7. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.

8. Creating clear and concise reports.

9. Giving helpful and engaging presentations.

10. Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.

11. Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

12. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.

13. Leading a team of junior human resource managers.

Required Skills

1. Experience in human resources or related fields.

2. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

3. Experience in educating and coaching staff.

4. Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.

5. Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.

6. Ability to give presentations.

7. Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

8. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

9. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

CTC– 10 to 15 LPA
