1. Assistant Manager- Technical Support Unit (Help Desk)
Purpose of the Job:
To Guide, Monitor, and Support NGO partners enrolled in the OD programme. The primary support will be to ensure all knowledge gained by the NGO partners in the training sessions is implemented within the agreed timelines to ensure successful programme delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluating OD Related technical issues & guiding the NGOs to ensure implementation of the learning and tasks in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Adopt tools & technology required for the Technical Support Function to ensure information is organized and readily available for reviews & analysis
- Handling or monitoring NGO requests as they implement aspects of the programme within 2 working days by guiding NGO leaders and their teams.
- Coordinating with the Manager of the Technical support unit and Master trainer in creating & maintaining a knowledge base with FAQs and the ideal responses to all possible technical issues that could come up across 8 subjects in Dhwani’s OD programmes.
- Escalating issues to the senior management as and when required if it is beyond the capacity of the Tech support unit.
- Responsible for assigned NGO partners’ needs/issues and communicating/ escalating the matters to the Manager- Technical support unit/ Master trainer.
- Participate in all training programs, weekly & monthly meetings, and other programs discussions as and when scheduled.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with NGOs. Exposure to roles in training, coaching, and mentoring will be added advantage.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should have Graduate/Masters Degree in any stream. Specialization in any social sciences will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Social sector and working with NGOs

2. Assistant Trainer
Master Trainer (Full time)
Location: Based in Bengaluru with frequent travel to Southern/Northern states
Purpose of the Job:
Facilitating training and workshops for NGO Founders/Leaders, Board members and team members in any two of the following areas of Organizational Development – Compliance, Finance and Accounts, Human Resource, Governance, Program Planning and Management, MIS, Marketing & Fundraising and Leadership and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely across departments for Designing, scheduling and delivering training and workshops.
- Identify and assess the training needs of NGO partner leaders and team members, analyze and share the findings with Project Management Team.
- Develop appropriate training materials, reference materials and hand outs based on the broad content for the participants.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly report and review performances on quarterly basis.
- Analyze manuals and handouts, reference materials, identify gaps and recommend changes or additions.
- Identify and implement effective and purposeful training methods and tools to promote optimum learning. Ensure adequate preparations prior to delivery and implementation.
- Extend support to develop integrated training calendar for multiple batches and ensure adherence to training timelines.
- Ensure sharing pre-workshop assignments and pre-reading materials in line with the training schedule.
- Ensure high level of engagement and participation of founders, leaders and other team members of partner NGOs in training, workshops and other events.
- Develop resource pool for training unit – identify and compile resource organizations, domain area specialists, resource persons for different subject areas.
- Visit partner NGOs to understand ground realities to improve delivery and efficacy.
- Set ongoing follow-up mechanisms measure progress against results framework and parameters.
- Ensure collaboration within internal functions and teams to exchange knowledge and resources and deliver training effectively.
- Keep abreast of the trends and developments, best practices in the OD space for nonprofit organizations and integrate in training and workshops.
Experience:
- At least 5-6 years in the social sector particularly with non-profit organizations handling responsibilities of designing, content development and delivering training and workshops.
- Minimum of 3 years of direct work experience with a program implementing NGO.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Master’s degree in Social Work/Sociology/Rural Development/Development
- Management/NGO Management/Social Sciences or related field.
- Excellent people skills, be able to collaborate at all levels.

3. Head of Partnership Management
Purpose of the Job:To contribute to the smooth running of Niranthara Sahayak programme by effective relationship management with partner NGO leaders and managing all vendors for impactful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
A.NGO partners
- Assist Niranthara Sahayak Programme head in signing of all partners tripartite agreements as per each cohort timelines and manage all processes of MoU.
- Ensure all financial transactions of Niranthara Sahayak NGO partners are managed as per MoU through the support of Programme Manager
- Set Partnership management process in co-ordination with Training, Updeshak, Assessment Heads to ensure all management aspects are well managed.
- Address any managerial challenges of NGO partners in co-ordination with Programme Head to ensure smooth running of partnerships.
- Ensure timely communication on programme onboarding, session dates, service provider onboarding & services schedule, assessments process to all NGOs partners
who have signed the MoU in co-ordination with other key functionaries of Niranthara Sahayak.
- Assist programme head in all aspects of programme budgets, donor reports, monthly and quarterly financial reports of the programme.
B.Vendors
- Set complete process for vendor management as per the programme requirement and ensure all vendors follow the required regulatory and safety protocols from Government regulatory bodies such as IT, Labor departments.
- Manage all aspects of vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery of services and cost effectiveness.
- Be responsible for all procurement, timely delivery, and effective usage by partners in co-ordination with Programme Head as per the programme plans.
- Address any grievances by the partner NGOs on the quality and efficiency of vendor services.
- Seek annual approval from the programme head for vendors enrollment and ensure all financial transactions are managed as per DF protocols.
- Be a central point of management person of all other DF’s procurements and its vendors.
C.Other Team members
- Participate in finalizing the programme calendar for each batch in alignment with all internal verticals involved.
- Support, guide and manage the programme manager to ensure that all management support is effectively provided to all other vertical teams and all management and technical assistance is ensured.
- Participate in strategic discussions, planning, budgeting, and other required platforms.
Experience:
Minimum 6 to 8 years of working experience in partner relationships, quality control.
Skills & Knowledge:
Qualifications: Degree /Masters Degree in any stream.

5. Partner Engagement Associate – Goonjan
Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and creative Partner Engagement Associate to manage our ongoing relationship with the growing base of our NGO partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with partner NGOs face to face and / or over the phone
- Participate in & Host networking events, webinars
- Formalize methodology to seek reviews, testimonials, feedback, product experience
- Handle and escalate customer requests, complaints, concerns
- Improve onboarding – manage contracting, invoicing, baselining process
- Evaluate, develop and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience
- Minimize customer churn
- Aid in product design and product development
- Promote an energetic fan base for Goonjan and locate brand ambassadors to share the product’s benefit and value

6. Program Head – Updeshak Programme
Purpose of the Job:
- Enable existing NGO board members of Dhwani partners to increase their understanding on governance and promote best governance practices in their respective organizations.
- Enroll external people who are interested to serve on NGO boards, build their capacities and support them to join NGO boards to promote independent board members in NGOs.
Responsibilities:
- Design strategies and implementation plan for the programmme aligning with DF strategic plans for Updeshak programme.
- Work with ED to develop annual plans, budgets, human resources to meet the overall goals of the program.
- Build networks and linkages to ensure required external Updeshak Fellows are enrolled.
- Design the training, orientation courses for both existing board members and Updeshak fellows in order to enhance their skills in NGO governance.
- Work closely with NGO leaders to support and handhold them in order to adapt best governance practices and take required decisions.
- Mentor and guide Updeshak fellows to ensure their joining to the board and retaining them on the boards as contributing members.
- Develop all the required process, materials, manuals etc that are required for the programme delivery.
- Build and manage the team as per the programme needs.
- Coordinate with other DF programme teams to align with timelines and deliverables.
- Build alumni of Updeshak fellows and organize quarterly interactions.
- Provide monthly, quarterly reports, data and all other necessary documentation
needed by the management and to any donors supporting Updeshak programme.
- Be part of the senior management team to contribute for the overall growth of the organization.
Experience:
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in working with senior management teams in recruitments or marketing and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

7. Senior Fundraising Manager
Purpose of the Job:
- Understand the purpose of our NGO’s existence, and in-depth knowledge of our
overall goals, objectives, values, policies, and programmes.
- Evangelize OD and small, medium & rural NGOs.
- Raise funds for DF programs and for DF’s partners.
- Market and enroll clients into DF’s Donor engagement programme.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve fundraising targets set by DF leadership.
- Understand the purpose of DF’s existence, and in-depth knowledge of our overall goals, objectives, values, policies and programs.
- Research the sector from a fund-raising perspective and build partners and channels.
- Research potential donors and understand their policies and fitment.
- Work with our Leadership team to finetune & execute a fundraising strategy.
- Create and maintain a database of donors and establish contact including face to face meetings with key personnel in their organizations.
- Identify opportunities for grants from donors and create proposals for submission to donors.
- Find ways to identify potential donors for our partner NGOs and meet internal fund raising targets.

Purpose:
Identification of suitable NGOs and suggesting organizational development services offered by Dhwani foundation based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to call and engage with multiple NGOs on daily basis.
- Maintain and Update NGO information based on conversations
- Understand and analyze NGO needs to suggest suitable OD services.
- Exhibit promptness and politeness using the appropriate language while answering NGO queries.
