Location: New Delhi (HQ) with 40 – 50 % travel within and outside Delhi 01 3 – 4 years in relevant sector

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Deputy Manager will execute the field activities of the project in the thematic area of waste management, particularly solid waste management with an emphasis on plastic waste.
  • Implement which include design financial planning, resource management and quality of deliverables.
  • Developing partnerships and establishing linkages for strengthening the value chain.
  • Developing de-centralised models for waste management, integrating informal sector

Responsibilities

  • Developing/ strengthening and promoting enterprises – particularly women-based enterprises on waste management.
  • Developing effective models for door-to-door waste collection, by promoting and conducting IEC activities.
  • Working with Municipalities and other relevant government bodies.
  • Developing effective business models on waste management.
  • Leading field teams independently and producing quality outcomes in the projects
  • Develop knowledge products with new knowledge management and non-project resources.
  • Outlay and evaluation of existing projects.
  • Business development of projects in the waste sector.
  • Any work assigned by the senior management.
