Founded by alumni from Harvard Business School (HBS) and Kellogg School of Management, our flagship program, the PGP in Startup Leadership, is a 12-month, in-person extensive business program designed to develop strong Business Technology Leaders for the Startup Ecosystem.

Why do we exist?
The current higher education and skilling system in India has become defunct and is failing to produce first- time employable adults, as well as provide clear job-aligned skilling pathways across different career stages to prepare talented youth for success in their careers. Less than 1% of colleges are differentiated on brand and quality, and employers are struggling to hire great talent with relevant skills.

To solve this, we are building a new-age ‘Alt-Uni’ (Alternate-University) in India, which will be the most outcome-obsessed for students. It will be reverse-engineered from real employer needs, and the delivery method will be aligned with the final target outcome with no one-size-fits-all approach.

Our vision is to annually impact 1 lac+ high-quality youth (between 18-30 years of age) and provide them access to great skills and job opportunities. In Phase 1, we are starting by reimagining the traditional MBA program to
a 1-year, fully hands-on learning experience where students learn by building real businesses, to develop Technology Business Leaders of tomorrow. The first cohort starts in September 2023.

from top companies, with MBAs from the best B-schools in the world.

Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a creative and motivated Teaching Assistant (TA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for enabling effective learning in the classroom during classroom courses and learning experiences. As a TA, you will work closely with the faculty members to help them execute courses and workshops as well as assist students in the learning process.

Responsibilities

• Working with the lead faculty to monitor the class schedule
• Assisting faculty with lesson plans and preparing material required for coursework
• Taking ownership of all operational setup required for a classroom session
• Leading class discussions and answering student questions
• Evaluating student essays, projects and other assessments
• Maintaining records on student progress/grade
• Building the world’s most personalized business school

Skills

• Structured written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and an eye for operations

Qualifications

• Prior experience with executing courses with faculty members as TA is preferred
• Prior experience as TA with a B school or management studies institute is preferred
• Graduating college doesn’t matter 🙂

Where will the position be based out of?
