Apnayen Sahayog Foundation is a movement that aims to build an accountable citizenry and society around three important themes: Citizenship Education, volunteerism, and neighbourhood. Founded by Vallabh Bhanshali, Co-founder and Chairman of ENAM Group, this not-for-profit social impact and community development initiative inspires and educates young citizens to be conscious and active by running long term and short-term programmes at leading schools and colleges.

Desh Apnayen is looking for Manager – M&E

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation framework for existing programmes and for new programmes
• Develop programme output, outcome, and Impact indicators to track progress
• Monitor all programme activities and progress from time to time and recommend further improvement of the logical framework and tools
• Provide feedback to the Senior Management and team on programme strategies and activities and suggest strategies to the Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the programme
• Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all programme activities to the Head of Programmes and Management
• Provide inputs, information, and statistics for quarterly, annual, and other reports to Programme team of Desh Apnayen
• Assist the School engagement team and content team with M&E tools and in supporting them in their use.
• Data collation, Analysis, maintaining database and preparation of monthly MIS reports
• Organize and conduct training on M&E/MIS for programme team
• Reports on the findings and lessons learned from Programme interventions from time to time
• Hiring and coordination with research agencies for desired outcomes of the organisation Competencies

Knowledge Competencies –

• In-depth knowledge on MIS, M&E, statistical tools for analysis
• Excellent knowledge of monitoring and the application of methodology:
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral): Sensitivity to and responsiveness to all stakeholders,
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities
• Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view Required

Skills and Experience Education: Master’s Degree preferably in Social work, Business Administration, Economics or related field.

Experience:

• At least 7-8 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs
• Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports.
•  Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS and Dashboard,
• Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software,
• Strong training & facilitation skills.

Language Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken English, Hindi.
