1.Team Leader & Tourism Destination Management Expert

• Masters / Post-Graduate qualifications in Management / Planning / Social Sciences
• 15 years of experience in tourism / urban / economic / social development sectors
• Experience of Team Leader in 1 multiyear national / state level project in above sectors, with team having atleast 10 experts of diverse disciplines.
• Experience of 1 externally aided project
• Experience of 1 projects in Himalayan state / region7 15 years

2. Program Implementation Manager

• Masters / Post-Graduate qualifications in Management / Planning / Social Sciences
• 12 years of experience in tourism / urban / economic / social development sectors
• Experience of Team Leader / Project Manager in 1 multi-year national / state level project in above sectors
• Experience of 1 externally aided project
• Experience of 1 project in Himalayan state / region 12 years

3. Public Sector Reforms Expert

• Masters / Post-Graduate qualifications in Management / Business Administration / Planning / Social
  Sciences / equivalent
• 15 years of experience in tourism / urban / economic / social development sectors
• Experience as expert for governance / institutional development / capacity building / organization restructuring / regulatory reforms
• Experience in at least 1 externally aided projects
• Understanding of Mission Karmayogi, iGOT platform or any of the GOI related Mission/programme.

4. Skill Development & Training Delivery Specialist

• Masters / Post-Graduate qualifications in Management / Planning / Social Sciences
• 15 years of experience in tourism / urban / economic / social development sectors
• Experience in program management of skill development programs, mobilizing youth for skilling / structuring and delivery of training
• 3 relevant projects experience
• Project experience in India’s Skill India Mission related programs in rural / urban areas 15 Years

5. Institutional Finance Expert

• Chartered Accountant from ICAI / equivalent
• 15 years of experience in financial management, analysis, accounting / ERP systems, Indian accounting
  standards, audits and compliance
• 5 years experience in services related to public sector accounting, government budgeting, CAG audits, cash-to-accrual accounting transitions, accounting policies, public asset valuations
• 2 projects for financial management systems for externally aided projects

6. Market Research and Data Analytics Specialist

• Masters in Management /Marketing / statistics / data analytics
• 15 years of experience in primary market research / consumer behavior / survey and research design,
  administration and analysis
• 5 years’ experience in data analytics / business intelligence tools / platforms
• 1 project for tourism consumer research / data analysis

7. IT Systems & Digital Technologies Specialist

• Masters in Management / IT systems / related disciplines
• 15 years of experience in developing / implementing IT systems and digital transformation initiatives, of which at least 10 years are Government programs
• 3 projects for technology transformation in urban / tourism / social / economic sectors – Certified competency in IT Solution Architecture

8. Hospitality, Food and Beverages Sector Specialist

• Bachelors / Masters in hospitality / hotel management
