We work with companies and philanthropic organisations for better CSR programme design, pre-project to post-project handholding and impact assessment, and embedding technology solutions for responding to problems at a scale. We work at the pan-India level with our Teams at Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore. We are also an executive committee member of Bharat Digital Platform under the aegis of the Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India. CTC: 4 lpa – 5 lpa (depending on experience)

About the Position
Responsibilities 

• Support in identification of potential strategy areas, developing proposals and undertaking meaningful research to support policymaking.
• Support secondary research for research projects and project implementation
• Assist/Help the Lead in data analysis for various projects and reports.
• Support/Lead outreach activities such as preparing discussion papers, brochures, writing online posts, etc. And organizing roundtables, workshops and other types of events.
• Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work
• Guiding and mentoring interns
• Participating actively in and contributing to the overall development of the organization

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• A post-graduate (preferably a local candidate from Jharkhand or Bihar) with Masters in Social Work or similar courses with strong research and analytical skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is desirable
• Good command on MS-Office Suite
• An understanding about development sector
• Enthusiasm and zeal towards learning more and grooming your skills
