Responsibility

• Support the leadership team in the preparation and implementation of medium (5 years) and long term (10 years) Energy Management plans in line with NetZero targets.
• Support the Leadership team in the implementation of the RE 100 program and provide technical and administrative support throughout all stages of implementation.
• Assist in the development/establishment of off-grid energy solutions -related outcome and output results, as well as related strategies.
• Forecast REC requirements based on the actual generation and utilization from all sources& vendor partners and prepare RE shortfall at the PAN India level
• Prepare yearly Energy Management plan per Science based targets of 1.5?C range and ensure adherence to the plan by timely addressing challenges and issues.
• Work collaboratively with internal & external teams and partners to collect/analyze/ share information on implementation issues on net zero goals and alert the leadership team for higher-level interventions and/or decisions.
• Ensure periodical energy and water audits are conducted across locations and coordinate with internal team members to implement corrective actions to ensure audit objectives are met.
• Develop team member capabilities to become self-resilient in meeting auditing requirements including auditing capabilities.
• Prepare Annual Energy Efficiency Project Management plan in line with master Energy Efficiency project plan and support the leadership team in design development, implementation, management, closing, and monitoring of projects.
• Support the leadership team in the implementation of the ISO 50001 Energy Management System program.
• Support the leadership team in the implementation of Green Building certification program Management for PAN India facilities.
• Ensure Green building standards are maintained throughout the life cycle of the building according to the requirements under the certification maintenance program and coordinate with internal stakeholders for facilitating audits.
• Prepare long & medium-term water management plans and Identify opportunities to reduce water consumption& increase rainwater harvesting and manage related projects in terms of design, development, implementation, and monitor
