Your Role:
You will be responsible for anchoring long and short-term planning for CRY – Financial Planning, MIS, Projections, and Analytics.
Your role will involve anchoring CRY Operational MIS, Strategic MIS, and Facilitating mechanisms for mapping progress on strategy. Identification and mapping of efficiency ratios would be an important part of the role. The role also holds to group processes within CRY and facilitating reviewing. Strategy frameworks and objective setting for CRY and different functions.
Eligibility:
You must be a Master in Business Administration / MA Economics / Mcom with 8 to 10 years experience in a Functional / Organizational MIS, Projections, and Analytics. 3. Associate General Manager – Policy
Function / Division: Policy Research Advocacy Documentation (PRAD)

Your role is responsible to develop and implement CRY’s advocacy strategies to achieve policy outcomes that ensure the realization of the rights of children. The role will involve scanning external policies at regional, national and international level and engage with related external stakeholders like civil society, public representatives, Government officials, NCPCR, NHRC and think tank and think tanks. You will be working closely with CRY’s program implementation team and ensure that grassroot experiences are translated into advocacy agenda of the organization. Your role will also involve providing support in formulating CRY’s research and media related strategies and ensuring the use of evidence and media in advocacy.
You will be responsible in collating and sharing policy development updates, documentation, Policy briefs, analysis of legislation and policies from the perspective of the children, policy analysis and promoting effective knowledge building activities of CRY’s employees on various policies directly or indirectly related to Child Rights. 4. Assistant Manager – Communications (East)

About The Role:
This position will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing CRY’s communication strategy in the East region. Core responsibilities include sourcing media partnerships, cracking brand collaborations, managing regional inter-functional communication/creative requirements and aiding content strategy for the function. Tracking the performance of implemented plans and managing regional communication budgets will be an essential aspect of the role. Increasing CRY’s brand visibility and recall in the regions, in line with national communication objectives, will be a critical measure of this role. As a member of the Communications function, you will act as a brand custodian and ensure that all brand guidelines are adhered to.

This role will drive high value donor portfolio, calling, engaging, and meetiing with portfolio donors to ensure retention and upgrades. This person will also work to create personalized communication and create programmes that will build relations with HNIs. He/she will also build relations to get new references and create giving circle.

Our Development support team enables our partners work through capacity building, infrastructure support, sharing of ideas and information, networking and joint planning, monitoring and evaluation impact, research, documentation and government interface
Your Role:
As a person in this position, you will be the link between CRY and CRY-supported projects in the project areas of Maharashtra, Gujarat and Chhattisgarh. Your responsibilities will include planning, monitoring and evaluation of supported initiatives, assessing and providing for partners capacity building needs, environment scanning, identifying areas/projects for CRY’s intervention and planning and supporting networking efforts. To manage, implement and supervise the projects for children on the ground as per grant allocation.

You must be a Post – Graduate in Social Work, Sociology or Rural Development from a reputed institute. You must have 5-7 years experience in the field of urban or rural development, having experience in planning, monitoring and evaluating projects, interfacing with the government and other stakeholders. Strong written and oral communication skills in English & a working knowledge of the local language are essential. Experience of having worked with communities within the state of preference would be an added advantage. You should be willing to travel up to 15 days in a month.
8. Manager – Project Audit

Your Role:
You would be responsible for handling internal audit and/or systems audit assignments and helping partner NGOs to adhere to CRY prescribed accounting norms and practices and internal control mechanisms and guiding partners on adherence to statutory compliances of Income Tax and FCRA.

The Role:
It is the main responsibility of this position is to contribute to the knowledge of the organization on policy analysis to consolidate key debates on laws and policies pertaining to children; Simplify and summarise laws, policies and international standards; Track development in national and international policy engagement processes. You:
You should be a Post graduate having 7+ years of work experience with at least couple of years of direct experience of having worked on policy advocacy. You must have understanding of child rights issues and understanding/knowledge of key policies/laws concerning child rights.
