Position Description:

Role description:
Member of the CGI corporate ESG reporting team and reports to the ESG Manager. Responsible for accurate and integrity environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and process development in assigned area. Act as a subject matter expert with the SBUs and other organizations on questions related to ESG reporting and other environmental topics.

Key responsibilities:

• ESG
• Coordinate the primary data collection from his/her area
• Manage the ESG reporting in collaboration with the ESG team and the central functions managers (primary data owners)
• Train new people in the assigned area
• Contribute to the reporting tool implementation
• Contribute to the CGI Net Zero roadmap development
• Work closely with SBU ESG leads and SBU Climate leads
• Contribute to the global ESG/sustainability reporting (GRI, SASB, ECOVADIS, CDP, DJSI etc.) related to environment and sustainability areas
• Regulatory reporting requirements: compliance with international and local laws (CSRD, TCFD, EU taxonomy…)
• Contribute to future ESG initiatives implementation
• Cooperate and collaborate with business managers and SBU climate leads to answer client’s requests on the environmental assessment of our CGI services

Key skills & competencies:

• Passionate about social responsibility and sustainability
• Knowledge of ESG and GHG reporting standards and methodology
• Data analytical skills and Excel advanced level
• Have the ability to drive value and modeling outcomes based on business requirements
• Have the ability to share knowledge and is capable of being cognizant of divergent viewpoints in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Managing priorities, adapting to different actors/third parties
• Mastering verbal and written communication in English
