Job Purpose and Impact
The Senior Manager Corporate Responsibility will lead the development and management of strategic corporate responsibility programs and projects aligned with priorities. In this role, you will work with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive progress for social and environment impact priorities and support the operation and supply chain communities to advance the company’s purpose to be a global leader in nourishing the world in a safe, responsible and sustainable way.

Key Accountabilities
• Develop and manage corporate responsibility and sustainability partnerships, programs or campaigns to enhance social impact and license to operate.

• Build the company’s reputation by cultivating relationships with the appropriate stakeholders, including local and global nongovernmental organizations, international development organizations, customers and partners.

• Represent the company at external forums.

• Partner collaboratively with businesses and functions to guide and identify corporate responsibility priorities to support their business strategy.

• Drive the implementation of corporate responsibility policies, tools and processes.

• Provide insights and knowledge of corporate responsibility principles, theories, concepts and analysis for a specific region and social or environmental impact priority.

• Execute programs and partnerships in accordance with the corporate contribution policy and external regulations and procedures.

• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • In depth knowledge in global corporate responsibility, sustainability, corporate philanthropy, foundation, non-profit or government work
  • Minimum of four years of related work experience
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7-8 Years relevant experience
  • Relevant Courses and Certifications in the Corporate Social Responsibility and a solid pedigree will be preferred
