Objective: The main goal of the proposed project is to collaborate with Dell Technologies as a development partner agency to establish and demonstrate a Centre of Excellence NCD Model Districts where there is more uptake of Continuum of Care (CoC).
The project’s goal is to develop and use digital training tools to improve capacity building in NCD applications across the continuum of care.
Care India will closely collaborate with the chosen state’s health department to establish an NCD Model District and determine the best ways to use the Digital Life Care NCD application to promote the use of continuum of care.
Geography: CARE India can work with communities across the country in different states and have been working with communities, governments, and private sector for improved health outcomes, livelihoods and educational advancement. However, the focus should be primarily where CARE has long standing relationship with government stakeholders during the recent past which can help in leveraging the benefits of the partnerships for the product development process. Furthermore, the district/s chosen for the purpose must have good network connections and enough mobile phones and tablets with users to facilitate the adoption of the Continuum of Care in NCD. Also, there should be no shortage of human resources, such as ASHAs, ASHA Facilitators, CHO/ANMs, and MOs, who have a direct impact on the proposed project’s success. The proposed model district/s will be chosen collaboratively based on DELL preferences and CARE’s existing relationships with state/district officials. CARE will be in charge of obtaining the necessary formal communication from the selected district administration in order to obtain cooperation during the project period.
JOB SUMMARY
The CoC Coordinator will be responsible for rolling out pilot project and support Govt. to strengthen the NCD based Continuum of Care by using digital platforms through ASHA,ANM,CHOs,MOs and Specialists in assigned block. S/he will be responsible for timely execution of rollout plan at block level. S/he will provide insure the day-to-day program activities under the guidance of District Project Manager.
