1. HR Administration

Experience level: Experienced – 5 to 7 years

Job Responsibility

  • Process HR Administration requests
  • Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement
  • Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk
  • Process client’s queries
  • Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
  • Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
  • Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports

Primary Skills

  • Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team
  • Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process

Secondary Skills

  • Strong verbal
  • Presentation and written communications

2. FPNA

Experience level: Experienced 7 to 9 years|

Job Responsibilities:
Budget – Overall responsibility for management of the budget processes.  Work with the Account Leadership / Delivery Team to develop annual budgets.
Forecast – Manage monthly financial forecast process.  Implement procedures to ensure forecast deliverables and variance analyses are met on a timely basis.
Month End Close- Manage month end close process to ensure closing deadlines met and financials are accurate.

Primary Skills:
Cost Accounting – Maintain standard cost system, ensuring allocations and recoveries are in line with current rate structures.
Contract Analysis – Understand contractual requirements and Capgemini’s solution to meet client deliverables.  Produce financial models  to support costing/pricing for both services outside defined parameters and new business opportunities within the accounts.

Secondary Skills:
Management Reporting – Extract financial data out of Capgemini Corporate systems (GFS) and develop/maintain reports that support the day to day operations of the accounts and service delivery areas.  Analyze trends and variances.

Special Projects – Perform and manage special projects as assigned.

3. HR AdminI 

Experience level: 1 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities:
Interact with the client /employee/stakeholder on a regularly basis via IM and email
Should participate/drive clients meetings and resolve queries Processing the HR data correctly with expected quality in a tight SLA driven environment

Primary Skills:

  • Responsible for documentation management
  • Assisting Team Leads with periodic Service delivery data as and when required

Secondary Skills:

  • Building supportive relationships with peers, colleagues & Clients
  • Contribute towards the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures

Experience level: 9 to 11 years

Job Responsibility

  • Handle regular communication with the Client counterparts and build relationship with them for the future delivery.
  • Continually seek out ways to improve Client satisfaction.
  • Build the positive and supportive team culture and help team to improve efficiency.
  • Be responsible for all project deliverables.
  • Contribute to team “Business As Usual” activities such as hiring, process improvement, service standardization, etc.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach junior members.
  • Handle client communication and reporting.

Primary Skills

  • Monitors progress toward reaching commitment thresholds and provides status reporting to core project management team
  • Ensure all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) are updated within agreed timeframes on support tool

Secondary Skills

  • Valid experience of 10-12 years in H2R domain
  • Experience in leading HR service delivery & transformation

5. Records to report – General Ledger 

Experience level: 1 to 3 years

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for performing Month end activities
  • Perform Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Prepare and post journals
  • Prepaid & Prepayment
  • Make sure SLA’s are green
  • Responsible for preparation and validation of journals
  • Ensure a smooth month end/quarter end/year end close reporting

Primary Skills

  • Experience in Finance & Accounts Domain.
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills.

Secondary Skills

  • Prior knowledge of working in Oracle Financials.
  • Ready to work in all Shifts

6. Record to Report Specialist

Experience level: 3 to 5 years

Job Description

  • Demonstrate consistent excellence in applying this competency.
  • Responsible for processing transactions and maintain Chart of Accounts.
  • Perform journal entries.
  • Perform fixed asset addition and fixed asset change.

Primary Skills

  • Perform fixed asset disposal and fixed asset transfer.
  • Verify physical asset and set up capital project.

Secondary Skills

  • Perform capital project accounting.
  • Define cost accounting method, prepare cost accounting preparation.
