Reports to (job title): Sr. Manager Supply Chain
Job Purpose
As Manager Operation, the role will be responsible for smoothly process of customer orders through 3PL Partner. Responsibility includes process of customer order as per customer requirement with proper Packing of consignment and dispatch of good condition of books. also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all operations (eg. shipping, delivery) meet quality and safety standards.
This role would be responsible for order fulfilment, timely process and dispatch of order for all three verticals i.e. EDU, ELT & Academic
