Tech Mahindra Foundation is the corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. Established in 2007, under Section 25 of the Companies Act (now Section 8), the Foundation is relentlessly working in the areas of education, employability and disability to empower all to Rise. We have impacted lives with the help of 90+ partners in 11 locations across India to bring social change through 150+ projects.
The Foundation has been running SMART Academies (since May 2016) with the intent of offering more advanced and longer-term courses in some specialized vocations. At present, the Foundation runs eight Tech Mahindra SMART Academies, including four SMART Academies for Healthcare, three SMART Academies for Digital Technologies and one SMART Academy for Logistics. The goal of setting up these Academies was twofold- create, build and nurture youth to develop skills in specific industries including healthcare, digital technologies and logistics along with uplifting country’s youth and transforming them into world-class professionals.

Project Tech Mahindra SMART Academy for Digital Technologies

Experience Minimum 3-5 years production experience in Digital
Marketing and 2 years of experience in delivering training
Qualification Must be a Graduate/PG
Technical Skills Required
• HTML and CSS
• Responsive Design/Bootstrap
• WordPress/ Joomla/ Magento
• Should have strong hands-on Digital Marketing Strategy, Website Designing, Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, affiliate marketing, Social Media Marketing, e-commerce Marketing, e-mail Marketing, Search Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Display marketing, Analytics, Web Site Planning and etc.
• Experience of execution of marketing campaigns. (Google Ads and Facebook Ads)
• Digital Marketing Certified Associate (Google certification, search and display advertising)
• An Internet marketing trainer has active social media accounts and strong social influence. Good Problem-Solving Ability & Presentation skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Excellent command in teaching Digital Marketing concepts.
• Track & Monitor student individual development & performance.
• Handling doubt session of students.
• He will provide Online/Offline classes training on Digital Marketing.
• Support other staff in delivering training modules.
• Mentor & guide students to make them perfect in the subject.
• Ensure quality delivery of training as per our norms and schedule.
• Should be able to meet eLearning standards.
• Thorough understanding on latest technologies and trends in the market.
• Planning training sessions, designing evaluation methods.
• Evaluation of students and based on the outcomes, plan and impart necessary training to the students.
• Generating individual Student reports from the internal assessments and practical work.
• Ensure training outcomes are achieved in each session and student receive consistent knowledge.
• Apply and continuously develop innovative sessions techniques to make sessions more effective and interactive.
• Meeting timelines in delivering training sessions.
• Act as a role model at all times demonstrating behavior that displays the characteristics youth should develop to be successful in their chosen field.
