Position: Business Development Executive – (Madhya Pradesh)

Location: Bhopal, Sagar, Gwalior, Rewa, Khargaon, Tikamgarh, Chattarpur.

Salary: Up to 15000 to 25000 In hand + PF or ESIC + Travel Allowance + Insurance + Mobile reimbursement

Experience: Agri Sales, Agri Banking, Commodity Finance, Warehouse Receipt Finance, Agri Banking, Pledge Finance, Mortgage Loan.

Job Description:

  • Lead generation and relationship management for commodity-based finance (warehouse receipt finance) in the assigned region.
  • Creation of a new client base along with maintaining existing clients such as farmers/traders/processors/FPOs for incremental business growth.
  • Documentation of clients for loan processing, field checks, and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Business scoping of the geographical market for commodity finance.
  • Execute a plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Initiate market research to support acquisition plans for warehouses, commodity traders, vendors, and users in the Agri Ecosystem.
  • Demand generation and meeting targets for the specified geography.
    – Liaison with new and existing customers for long-term relationships.
    – Promote brand awareness in the assigned territory through promotional events in consultation with the Marketing team.

Role Specifications:

  • Must have handled similar roles previously.
  • Possess good subject knowledge.
  • Holds good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suites.
