1. Managers – Monitoring and Evaluation
We are looking for Managers – Monitoring and Evaluation in Delhi.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the overall project indicator tracker
- Develop M&E plans for the project and ensure the same is followed up during implementation
- Carry out data quality assessments/ audits regularly for data based on agreed indicators to guide decision making
- Provide alert to the respective program team on corrective actions required to avoid delays in implementation, including flagging operational issues and risks requiring timely actions
- Review monthly progress reports from partners and ensure they have evidence to back-up and provide feedback to the respective staff
- Collate/ prepare regional reports related to internal reporting such as the quarterly and annual reports
- Support in data collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting for devising program strategies
- Assist data analyst in analysis and report making
- Coordinate and review all survey reports prepared to ensure quality and accurate reporting
- Timely plan and initiate all pre and post intervention assessments, KAP surveys and evaluation of outcome indicators.
Qualifications and Skills
- Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Epidemiology / Statistics / Monitoring & Evaluation / Demography / Population Studies.
- Know-how in program development activities such as research, planning, data collection, ability to extract and interpret data collected and the ability to communicate with program stakeholders.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a high-level of attention to detail.
- Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports.

2. Senior Researcher
We are looking for a Senior Researcher in Mumbai or Delhi.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently execute research project including all aspects from design, implementation to analysis and writing.
- Co-ordinate with the implementation team to design project specific M&E plans.
- Design and conduct evaluation studies.
- Provide inputs to the implementation team for the analysis and application of monitoring data.
- Training of field staff for conducting fieldwork.
- Training of data entry and editing personnel.
- Training junior research staff.
- Analysis of research and program data.
- Writing reports, policy briefs, research articles.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s in Public Health or Social Sciences. Graduate in medicine with relevant experience.
- Those with a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline will be given preference.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media and internet applications. Knowledge of data analysis packages (SPSS or STATA) is mandatory.
- Must have basic training in public health or social science research in health. Those who have training in medicine may also apply if they have some public health research experience.
- Must have independently undertaken quantitative and qualitative research. Should have the ability to write research reports and articles.

3. Research Associate
We are looking for a Research Associate based in Mumbai to manage research projects in the field of maternal and child health. The research associate will be responsible for managing the research activities of ongoing as well as new research projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Secondary literature review documentation.
- Preparing draft proposals for research grants.
- Preparing tools for research pertinent to quantitative surveys.
- Conducting surveys and qualitative interviews and FGDs with beneficiaries and other stakeholders.
- Data entry, cleaning and analysis using statistical software.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Developing strategies and setting goals to hit fundraising targets, including corpus and program funding
- To develop a portfolio of donors including institutional, corporate, HNIs, foundations and trusts to achieve the revenue target set by the organization
- Acquiring new partnerships and donors for increasing organization’s resources
Writing and presenting proposals
- Relationship management with existing donors and responding to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization
- Identifying and anchoring new initiatives related to resource mobilization
- Building and managing a network of individual donors
- Planning and executing fundraising events
Experience

We are looking for a Content Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical content development for key outputs
- Contribute to the creative process as required
- Work with multidisciplinary teams within ARMMAN to finalize content for outputs
- Coordinate with external teams for review and finalization of technical content for key outputs
- Ensure research findings are incorporated in content
- Review content and finalize changes
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our team. The responsibilities of the Program Manager include managing the day-to-day activities in the assigned program, defining and implementing program planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource management, execution, monitoring, reporting, and program appraisal/evaluation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Track overall progress and health of program
- Monitor program baselines to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget and schedule. Status of milestones and deliverables across the portfolio.
