Qualification
Postgraduate in social science discipline (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil. / Ph.D.

Project Overview: Funding Agency: Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR)

Title: Embracing diversity for a thriving workplace: A path to employee wellness and firm success in the textile industry List the key tasks and responsibilities the research assistant will undertake.

This could include:

• Conducting literature reviews and summarizing relevant research findings.
• Assisting with data collection (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups).
• Transcribing and coding qualitative data.
• Analyzing quantitative data using statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, etc).
• Preparing research reports and presentations.
• Maintaining project documentation and databases.
• Other tasks specific to your project needs.
