1.Team Leader

Education Required

• Master’s degree in urban/regional/urban–regional planning or equivalent.

Experience Required

• 20 years of working experience after a Master’s degree in the fields of Physical Development plan/ Land Pooling/ Regional Development Plan.
• Should have relevant (minimum 3 projects) experience as Team Leader/Project Director in the formulation of Master Plans/ Development plans in India or abroad.

2. Deputy Team Leader-cum- Land /Housing Expert

Education Required

• Master’s degree in urban/regional/urban–regional planning or equivalent with specialization Land Use Planning, Housing Studies, Community Development, Public Policy, or a related field

Experience Required

• Minimum 15 years of experience. – He / She should have worked as a core team member for the preparation of a minimum of 2 Master plans/Development Plans/Planning Studies.

3. Infrastructure Planner

Education Required

• Master’s Degree in Infrastructure Planning or equivalent.

Experience Required

• 10 years of work experience in integrated infrastructure planning (e.g. roads, drainage, water, wastewater, solid waste management, power, and telecommunication) including Smart Infrastructure applications.

4. Environmental Planner

Education Required

• Master’s Degree in Environmental Planning or equivalent with graduation in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Architecture.

Experience Required

• 10 years of work experience in related fields after a Master’s degree.

5.Urban Designer

Education Required

• Post-graduation in Urban Design / or equivalent from a recognized Institution

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of experience. – Shall have experience working on urban design-related projects in cities / medium and small size towns.

6. Transportation Planner

Education Required

• Master’s Degree in Transport Planning with graduation in civil engineering or any equivalent.

Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. – He/she should have relevant experience (minimum 3 projects) in transport planning assignments in Metropolitan cities/regions of similar magnitude, size, and nature in India or abroad. – Should have extensive knowledge and experience in the transport sector focusing on rail and roads
