With expertise in partnerships, philanthropic programs, grant design and job readiness experience, you will collaborate with key partners to define and advance a strategic vision for our Adobe for All portfolio of work. A highly cross-functional role, this position requires both strategic and tactical program leadership; demanding collaboration and management through influencing the business and engagement to build and maintain partnerships!

What You’ll Do

  • Lead programs and initiatives to advance Adobe’s near-term and long-range philanthropic goals in diversity, equity and inclusion while partnering with and supporting executive leaders and strategic partners.
  • Serve as a leading voice on the CSR team relating to diversity, equity and inclusion, understanding the emerging trends and external landscape for equity philanthropy and grantmaking.
  • In partnership with Director, develop and implement an equity giving approach that heightens M&E, embeds a racial equity lens and fosters DEI across operational practices
  • Serve as a key leader in Adobe’s Take Action Initiative, specifically relating to equity investments and HBCU and HSI strategies
  • Responsibly steward and allocate resources of charitable giving fund , reviewing and summarizing proposals and moving requests through approval process in line with policies, procedures, and quality goals.
  • Provide regular updates on Adobe’s Adobe for All performance for key internal partners including investor relations, legal, PR/Comms and other colleagues as appropriate
  • Represent Adobe and its philanthropy work to the broader business, media, academic, and civic leaders through meetings, updates, blog posts, briefings, and interviews as required

What You Need To Succeed

  • 10+ years demonstrated ability in corporate grantmaking and CSR
  • Deep knowledge of participatory funding, equity philanthropy and racial equity investment principles.
  • Experience consulting and navigating multi-stakeholder audiences including internal business partners and large-scale NGOs.
  • Ability to work with abstract concepts or situations and move through the ambiguity to establish clear strategy.
  • Proven leadership in non-profit partnership development, coalition building and multi-stakeholder investment models within diverse communities
  • Proven experience translating social impact programs into compelling storytelling and marketing opportunities
  • Bachelors’ degree required, advanced degree a plus
