Action for Social Advancement (ASA) Founded in 1996 by a group of development professionals with considerable experience of working in community led natural resources development with the tribal community of central India, Action for Social Advancement (ASA) has emerged as a prime field implementing organisation for promotion of farm based livelihoods of small and marginal farmers. We are registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and the Bombay Public Trust Act. 1950
Action for Social Advancement (ASA) is a NGO head quartered at Bhopal and working for the livelihoods improvement of rural poor in over 3000 villages in Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Bihar, UP and Orissa since 1996. It works in the field of Land and Water Resources Development, Sustainable Agriculture Productivity Enhancement and Agribusiness Promotion for smallholder farmers.

1. Manager-HR

Job Profile : Recruitment for positions as per the HR master plan, Induction and Orientation, Carry out skill gap analysis for identifying training needs, Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar and its execution. Oversee the timely Performance Appraisal of staff. Job Profile
Facilitate the execution of sustainable agriculture promotion works across ASA project areas with help of agriculture professionals, Ability to scope, design and manage agriculture projects, Provide technical support to field implementation team concerning the theme, Facilitate annual P&B of activities related to the theme, Capacity building of technical staff as per training calendar, Expansion of themes’ outreach, liaison with all stakeholders – mainly senior govt. officials, donor organisations, etc., Support to Team Members to facilitate effective implementation of agriculture activities at the field, Ensure quality outcomes related to agriculture interventions, Timely documentations and reporting as per requirement of the projects and ensure smooth fund flow, Documenting and compilation of season end reports, donor reports, etc. Ensure 3rd party evaluation for all organic crop production timely and appropriately as per protocol
