Action for Social Advancement (ASA), Bhopal Founded in 1996 by a group of development professionals with considerable experience of working in community led natural resources development with the tribal community of central India, Action for Social Advancement (ASA) has emerged as a prime field implementing organisation for promotion of farm based livelihoods of small and marginal farmer

1.Programme Director-Sustainable Agriculture

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Ability to facilitate the execution of sustainable agriculture programme across the operational areas.
• Technical guidance to team of agronomists.
• Reporting & MIS, Development of Management & Technical SOPs of Sustainable Agriculture Theme.

2. Manager-HR

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• MBA-HR from reputed University/institute
• Min. 10+ Years of experience in overall HR functions
• Thorough knowledge of recruitment process, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Effective interpersonal communication, excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi.
• Through knowledge of employee performance review mechanisms, familiar with payroll administration

3. Team Member-GIS

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• M. Tech/M.E./M.Sc. in Geographic Information Science or Technology/Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo Spatial Technology / Geo-Informatics/Geo Spatial science /Surveying and Geo-Informatics/ OR BE/B.Tech with PG Diploma in Geographic Information Science / Remote Sensing from recognized University / Institute
• Min 2 years experience in GIS based projects at field level in reputed government funded organizations like NIRD&PR, NRSC, SRSAC etc OR similar reputed organizations working on GIS based projects.
• Coordination with District officials and provide all support to the project team for proper planning and implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi NREGS, Prepare GIS based plans.

4. Team Member-MIS

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Min. 3 years experience with MIS Software
• Proficiency in database management, data analysis and excellent
• Communication skills.

5. FPO-Accountant

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• B.Com/M.Com from reputed University
• 3 years experience in handling company accounts
• Proficiency in Tally ERP operation.
• Knowledge of Company laws
• Experience in GST/TDS Return
