Job Objective
Overall responsible for CSR initiatives on behalf of ACG group companies

Primary Responsibilities

Core Functional

• Providing overall leadership and direction to the CSR team of ACG with a focus on transformational CSR through ACG Cares Foundation across ACG’s the Indian locations.
• Building strategic and operational roadmap for ACG Cares Foundation.
• Ensuring that the social development projects are in alignment with the local community need analysis, issues of state and national priority, Sustainable Development Goals and vision of ACG.
• Creating structures, systems and processes for project conceptualisation, partner identification, due diligence, community inclusion, program assessment and enhancement.
• Leading annual budget preparation and on-going budget management.
• Facilitating regular monitoring of projects and financial utilisation and ensuring need-based course corrections.
• Facilitating compliances such as internal and statutory audit, various annual filings, adherence to ACG’s SOPs, authority matrices and brand guidelines.
• Facilitating MCA reporting and contribution into annual reports of ACG Group Companies.
• Creating knowledge sharing platform, adapting good practices in ACG’s programs, identifying needs of capacity building of team members, partner organisations and ensuring the same through inhouse or external trainings.
• Facilitating internal communication through intranet, annual updates, mailers, on-boarding and external communication through dissemination workshops, booklets, films, website and social media.
• Creating and amplifying image of ACG Cares Foundation internally and externally and through this strengthening ACG brand.
• Nurturing project champions within employees through capacity building and handholding sessions.
• Anchoring employee volunteering program, curating volunteering opportunities, facilitating volunteer sensitization sessions, developing communication material and generating stories of change.
• Leading team management initiatives including recruitment, goal setting, driving performance efficiency, providing regular value-addition in sub-team targets, key deliverables and individual development plans.
• Working closely with corporate teams such as Finance, HR, Legal, Secretarial, Audit.
• Facilitating programmatic and financial reporting to the Board Members, CSR committees and Senior Leadership of ACG group companies.
• Liasoning with relevant Govt bodies, implementing organisations, corporates and other entities.
