Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month program for high achievers from the private sector to impact millions of lives by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs under the guidance of visionary civil servants.

The program targets to provide a platform for senior professionals to partner with the administration for extensively strategizing and implementing current and envisaged programs for attaining sustained progress across state-level development indicators

Fellow

Civil Servant

Senior Secretary-level officers ensuring program formulation and execution rigor and oversight

Application Screening & Final Selection

This process would span across multiple interactions with The/Nudge team, Civil servants & External partners.
Cohort Kickoff

The cohort will be onboarded through induction training programs.

The Fellows shall have access to:

i) Platform to impact millions – An unparalleled opportunity to collaborate with the State leadership to enhance the reach and efficiency of State priorities.

ii) Leadership Development Bootcamps – The Fellows shall be undergoing an extensive curriculum curated to build capacity for efficient comprehension, formulation, and execution of programs/projects.

iii) Expert Advice and Mentoring – The Fellows will be mentored and supported by leading public policy institutes, a pool of subject matter experts, industry leaders, and mentors.

iv) Stipend – Each Fellow will receive a stipend of Rs. 12 lacs p.a. for the duration of the Fellowship.

v) Impact Showcase and Accreditation – There would be multiple instances during the course of the Fellowship where the Fellow’s contribution would be highlighted across media & case studies. There would also be a ceremony featuring senior administrators, notable leaders from the development sector and other corporates with a formal accreditation by the government.

IAF is accepting applications for PB/22 cohort in partnership with the Government of Punjab.
The Indian Administrative Fellowship is a program to augment capacity of highly motivated, visionary civil servants with executive talent steering large scale govt programs of strategic relevance; instilling systemic change by amplifying structured & innovation-led outlook for program design & delivery, thereby enhancing the reach and efficiency of govt programs.

Eligibility
  • CXO/VP/GM at large-scale organisations with rich experience (minimum 15 years) of leading transformational initiatives 
  • High achiever in any sector, as evident in the career journey. preferred sectors: consulting, technology, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs
  • Willingness to relocate and travel at short notice anywhere in India as required during the fellowship
Fluency in Punjabi will be a distinct advantage.
The ideal Fellow profile is that of a C-suite executive, but exceptional mid career high achievers can be considered. Know more about the Karnataka cohort and their engagements in the Projects section here  
The Fellows will work out of secretariat/departmental administrative offices primarily in Chandigarh.
